S88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Damage to devices or data arising from use of the platform.

• Any act or omission by third parties, including game software providers.

The maximum total liability of s88 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the active deposit held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.
